Showcasing the diverse, talented artists living or working within a 5-mile radius of CCAC.

ELIGIBILITY
This exhibition is open to artists living or working within a five-mile radius of CCAC (3711 Clifton Ave.). All fine art disciplines are encouraged for submission. Only artists 18 years or older may submit works. All work must be original in concept, design and execution.

ENTRY PROCEDURE, REGISTRATION AND FEES
Completely fill out entry form with art information, and create one label for each artwork. Deliver artwork with labels attached, artist's bio, entry form and fees by noon on August 13, 2011. The entry fee is non-refundable. Entries submitted without fees or after delivery deadline will not be eligible. Deliver artwork to CCAC: 3711 Clifton Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45220. Art work will be accepted:

    Wednesday, August 10, noon - 5 p.m.
    Thursday, August 11, noon - 7 p.m.
    Friday, August 12, noon - 5 p.m.
    Saturday, August 13, 9 a.m. - noon


LABELS FOR IDENTIFICATION
Please attach labels to the back, upper right-hand corner of two-dimensional works or bottom of three-dimensional work. Include on each piece of artwork the following: ARTIST'S NAME, TITLE OF ART, MEDIUM, SIZE, PRICE, PHONE, EMAIL ADDRESS

LIABILITY
All possible care will be taken of the entries, but the Clifton Cultural Arts Center (CCAC) can assume no responsibility for damage or loss of works. Artists must insure their own works.

PREPARATION OF ARTWORK
Size and weight of work is limited to that which can be moved by one person OR the artist must deliver and place the piece for both the jury and the show. Artwork may be no larger than nine square feet in size and no more than 20 lbs. Any work that is to be hung, including three dimensional works, must be appropriately framed and wired. Wire must be strong enough to support the piece. Museum-wrapped canvas is acceptable (please no staples or nails on the edges.) If needed, the artist should supply display base for any sculpture piece of work. Labels must be attached to the work and include all requested information.
