SUMMARY:The Art of Being Seen
DESCRIPTION:You’ve got something to say. But when it’s time to speak up, self-doubt, fear of judgment, and the pressure to get everything right can leave you second-guessing yourself or holding back altogether.\nWhether you’re speaking to an audience, sharing ideas at work, or putting yourself out there in a bigger way, being visible can feel vulnerable. Yet the most compelling speakers aren’t necessarily the most polished. They’re the ones who know how to connect.\nJoin us for an engaging, interactive workshop where we’ll explore what’s holding you back from being seen and heard, practice speaking with presence and confidence, and discover how to connect with others without the pressure to perform. You’ll leave with practical tools, a clearer sense of what you want to communicate, and a personalized plan to put your voice into action.\n \n\n\n\nAbout the Instructors\nTrae Fitzpatrick ( https://traviafitzpatrick.com/ ) - Public Speaking Coach\nCarrie Bradley ( https://www.carriebradley.com/ ) - Empowerment Coach\n\n\n\nParking Information\n When visiting CCAC by car, please use the shared lot directly behind our building, which can be accessed off of Hosea Ave. The Clifton United Methodist Church’s lot, accessible off of Senator Pl, may be used as overflow and is connected via a few stairs connecting the two lots. We ask that you only use these lots while visiting CCAC or Dewey’s Pizza and move your vehicle before visiting any other locations around the Ludlow Business district.\n\n If these lots are full, you may park along the street in many areas around our building. There are also two paid public lots that can be accessed via Ludlow or Howell Ave and are about a five-minute walk away.\n\n \n \n View these parking locations on Google Maps ( https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=10ktSW_AeoLTY15HTYVf5Dcsk7NoxcV4&usp=sharing )\n \n \n\n\n\n\n
