Creating Your Own Medicine Basket: A Playful Positive Affirmation Workshop (Ages 14-17)

Ages 14 – 17

Sunday April 3, 9:00 – 1:00am

For some of us, we often seek our medicine from someone external to us. During this 120-minute workshop, we will take the time to play with accessing your own individual gifts and wisdom and how these gifts and individual wisdom may better serve you as daily medicine for your own creative life journey. Using Canvas, acrylic paints, paintbrushes, journal, and pen, you will use tools of intentional creativity, breathwork, and guided deep listening. You will breathe and visually paint into existence transformation about how you think about yourself, your worldview, and the gifts and wisdom that you authentically have within you to bring more presence and creativity into your daily life and into the world. No painting or journaling experience needed in any way! All individuals at all levels of creativity are welcome to register!

Supplies: 16×20 Canvas, any acrylic paints, a few paintbrushes, empty journal or notebook, black-ink pen
