Holiday Care Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork Series

Ages 18+

Tuesdays, 7:00 – 8:00pm

With an emphasis on tuning into your inner wisdom and peace, this series will focus on relaxation and genuine self-love. While moving the body through ancient and contemporary yoga postures (or asanas) in alignment with focused breathing techniques, students will intentionally incorporate yoga, meditation, and breathing practices into their life. This class incorporates gentle yet flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as guided instruction through various postures during each meeting that will encourage attention to anatomical alignment, strength-building, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Each class will include guided work with yoga asana, breathwork to align and calm the body and the mind, and meditation.

This specific course is designed for all bodies in all of their diversity. Students new to yoga as well as experienced yogis are invited to engage on a daily basis with sequences and postures that offer variations to accommodate all interested students. The intentional foundational flow yoga practice provides a space for students to approach yoga, breathing, and meditation in a way that assists them in the curation of their daily life, energy, and enhanced access to relaxation on and off of the mat.
