International Women’s Day: Yoga & Reflection Gathering

A practice of movement, reflection, and shared voice
Join us for a special International Women’s Day gathering centered around movement, reflection, and shared presence, led by local yoga and Pilates teacher Hadley Corpus of She Rises Here.
This 90-minute experience begins with a 60-minute all-levels yoga practice designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and connected to your body. The practice will be steady and accessible, with options offered throughout.
Following yoga, we’ll transition into a brief reflective space to honor the women who inspire us. Together, we’ll listen to a short poem and reflect on inspiring women in our lives—or the woman we are becoming.
This gathering is primarily a yoga class, with gentle space afterward for reflection and connection.
Come as you are, move your body, and join us in honoring strength, resilience, and the shared experience of being women—together. please bring your own yoga mat.
When visiting CCAC by car, please use the shared lot directly behind our building, which can be accessed off of Hosea Ave. The Clifton United Methodist Church’s lot, accessible off of Senator Pl, may be used as overflow and is connected via a few stairs connecting the two lots. We ask that you only use these lots while visiting CCAC or Dewey’s Pizza and move your vehicle before visiting any other locations around the Ludlow Business district.
If these lots are full, you may park along the street in many areas around our building. There are also two paid public lots that can be accessed via Ludlow or Howell Ave and are about a five-minute walk away.
