Medicine Painting: An LGBTQI+ Journey

Ages 18 – 110

Class offered both virtually and in-person
Saturday, 9:00am – 3:00pm (independent lunch break 12:00 – 12:45pm)

During this daylong workshop, you will be guided through the use of image, language, inquiry, and intention in order to create space for the voice of your soul. By using paper, pen, paintbrush, paint, and canvas, you will establish time and space for care of yourself in order to explore, feel, and move energy in your body through creativity. By engaging with the brain, body, heart, mind/consciousness, and the field, you will practice curating your consciousness through tending and mending the connection between inner and outer aspects of yourself. No self-identifying creative abilities are needed to move through this process. By tending to your inner work through creativity, the voice of your soul will be invited to inspire how it is that you choose to show up in the world in relationship with yourself, with others, the earth, and beyond. This specific offering is designed for individuals who self-identify as LGBTQI+ and is designed to tend to your story.

  • Session: 1 day (November 6, 2021)
