Meditative Painting for Teens
Ages 13 – 18
Saturday December 11, 7:00 – 9:00pm
This workshop will focus on using paint, canvas, and meditation practices for pure joy, creation, and relaxation. Treat yourself (if you are a teen) or your teen (as a parent) to an evening of using paint, color, pigments, and meditative practices for joy and not for technique. No painting skills or experience are required. Students will be guided through a painting process that will allow them to cultivate creative meditative flow states and self-care, with a focus on positive self-talk to enhance self-love, movement of energy, and authentic joy.
All materials are covered in the cost of the workshop. All that you will need to bring is yourself and a beginner’s mindset. Come enjoy painting, relaxation, a little time for self-love and a cup of tea. Each session will be unique.
