Re-Create: Mindfulness, Gentle Yoga and Writing Flow Practice
Saturday, February 3, 9:30am – 12:00pm
Begin your Saturday with breath work, mindfulness practices, gentle yoga asanas, deep relaxation, and guided writing. Explore how yoga and relaxation can help open up your creativity and expression and relieve stress.
Bring a yoga mat (if you have one, some extras available), and wear comfortable clothes that permit movement. Bring a journal and pen if you like (paper and pens available at class). Practice will be appropriate for anyone who can sit on the floor; no previous yoga experience needed. Writers of all levels (even those who do not consider themselves writers!) are welcome. This is a safe, nurturing practice.
Come spend a morning stretching, relaxing, writing and re-creating yourself.

About the Instructor: Elaine Olund
Elaine Olund is an artist, designer, yogi and above all, a writer. She has been leading writing workshops since 2014. In September 2017, she was certified as an AWA workshop leader. She is also a certified yoga teacher (CYT200hr). Check out her writing at elaineolund.com.
