Strength in Motion

Thursdays, 6:00 – 7:00pm
This class is designed to teach strength training moves essential for bone health and healthy weight. To make it fun, the strength segments will be interspersed with “nia-like” dance moves. The class will provide about 25 minutes of dance, 25 minutes of strength, 10 minutes of stretch and one hour of pleasure! Bring hand weights with you.
- Session: 12 weeks (September 20 – December 13, 2018)
- Cost: $120.00 for a 12 week session. Senior/student rate is $72 per 12 week session. Drop in rate is $12 per session. Trade also available.
