About the Band: The YOLO Band
The YOLO Band was formed nearly six years ago with four members of the six-member Professionals Band. The four members included vocalist Anita Blue, bassist and manager Mychael Langford, drummer Byron Anderson, and saxophonist Kim White. The YOLO Band added guitarist Gary Langford and keyboardist Bruce Seecrest to fill out their R&B/Smooth Jazz sound. In the past six years they have played clubs, restaurants, summer festivals, fundraising events and anywhere people want to get together to dance and have fun. The band’s name YOLO means “You Only Live Once.”
