Zumba Fitness® and Zumba Toning® Dance Party
Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:00 pm
The Zumba® workout program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind FUN fitness program! The goal is simple: for people to want to work out and to enjoy every minute of it. Zumba® participants achieve long-term benefits by attending the one exciting hour of calorie-burning and body-energizing movements. The routines for this class will feature interval-training sessions with an emphasis on low impact moves, and alternate fast and slow rhythms. Three songs will feature resistance training using 1 lb Zumba hand weights that tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Zumba hand weights will be provided for up to 12 participants. Songs can also be done without weights.
Wear comfortable clothes, shoes designed for either court, cross training or aerobic dance (avoid running shoes) and bring a water bottle and plenty of energy! Some people also like to bring a small towel.

About the Instructor Sue Ware
Come enjoy the pure fun of Zumba with me! I have taken part in many styles of aerobic based dance exercise and studies some form of dance (ballet, jazz, modern, belly dancing), but nothing compares to Zumba. I am currently certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of American as a group exercise instructor. I am also licensed to teach the following Zumba classes: Basic, Step, Toning and Gold. I have completed additional education in core, glutes, gold toning and pro-skills provided by Zumba. I have an advanced degree in the health industry and a strong personal interest in disease and injury prevention. I believe than a healthy active lifestyle is a vital element of enjoying life!
