Students of all ages can sign up for individual, one-on-one instruction from one of the area’s premiere piano teachers.

David Skvorak
Dr. Skvorak has degrees from the University of Michigan, Johns Hopkins University and CCM, and has been teaching piano for more than 20 years in Cincinnati. During that time he has been active as a performer as well, appearing numerous times and in many venues with the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, Cincinnati Chamber Players, ConcertNova, and many others. He has guided students to acceptance into college piano programs throughout the Americas, and to competition successes including the prestigious McElroy scholarship (CCM) and the Ohio Buckeye state finals (OMTA). He has worked with undergraduate and doctoral students at CCM, but is equally at home with beginners of all ages, being a strong believer in the importance of building a strong foundation at the earliest stages of piano study, regardless of age.
