Batres Gilvin

Batres Gilvin (Bradly Gilvin and Karla Batres Gilvin) is an art collaborative with a multidisciplinary approach to artmaking. Using diverse techniques including assemblage, installation and social practice, they explore the problematization and hybridity of examining culturally specific and sensitive iconography (using the visual language of Mexican American culture and the American South) as a multiethnic team.
