The Clifton Cultural Arts Center is delighted to host its third fiber art exhibition, Fib3r is Art. Presented for the first time in 2019, this triennial exhibition brings together a wide range of artists who approach fiber in myriad modes, aesthetics, and styles. The high caliber of these works helps to dispel the notion that fiber work is craft rather than art. Fiber artists manipulate a variety of materials consisting of natural or synthetic fibers, creating works that encompass emotion, sensory experiences, and beauty. This juried exhibition opportunity is open to all artists working with fiber in any of its forms. All submitted images are required to be high-res.
All fiber-based works are welcome. The exhibition will be juried by CCAC staff, board and TBA outside jurors.
To submit works for consideration, e-mail the images and information to fiberisart.ccac@gmail.com
