About the Exhibit

Ahmad Darouich resettled in Cincinnati with his family before the travel ban took effect. The last Syrian refugee family resettled here by Catholic Charities, they are slowly rebuilding their lives in their new home.

And their home is filled with paintings by Ahmad. See his original work on display in the Lower Level Lobby Gallery at the Clifton Cultural Arts Center. Join Catholic Charities on Wednesday, March 28th, for a reception to honor Ahmad and to watch the documentary Breathe Free.
