Terms and Conditions for Clifton Cultural Arts Center Free Wedding Venue Rental Sweepstakes

  1. Eligibility:
  • The raffle is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Employees and board members of Clifton Cultural Arts Center and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  1. Entry:
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Entries can be submitted via cliftonculturalarts.org/rentals/weddings/ or by emailing events@cliftonculturalarts.org
  • One entry per valid email address.
  • The entry period begins on July 11, 2024 and ends on August 31, 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  1. Prize:
  • The prize consists of a free rental of Clifton Cultural Arts Center for one wedding event.
  • The prize includes use of a single space in the venue for 6 hours on a mutually agreed upon date, subject to availability.
  • WEDDING MUST TAKE PLACE BEFORE THE END OF 2024.
  • The prize does not include catering, drinks, decorations, entertainment, or any other services not specified in these terms.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
  1. Winner Selection:
  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, which will take place on September 2, 2024.
  • The winner will be notified via phone call within 1 day of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 2 days of the initial contact, an alternate winner will be selected.
  1. General Conditions:
  • By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Clifton Cultural Arts Center, which are final and binding in all respects.
  • Clifton Cultural Arts Center reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process.
  • Clifton Cultural Arts Center reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond CCAC’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Clifton Cultural Arts Center in its sole discretion.
  1. Liability Release:
  • By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Clifton Cultural Arts Center, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of the prize.
  1. Publicity:
  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants Clifton Cultural Arts Center the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants Clifton Cultural Arts Center full access to any photography and videography taken during the wedding for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  1. Governing Law:
  • The raffle and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
  1. Sponsor:
  • The raffle is sponsored by Clifton Cultural Arts Center located at 3412 Clifton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220.

  1. Privacy:
  • Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Clifton Cultural Arts Center for the purpose of administering the raffle and may be used for future promotional and marketing communications.
