Wednesdays, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Explore the creative freedom of wire sculpture: students will use wire cutters and baling wire to bring their artistic imaginings to life! Each class session will give students the chance to start a new artwork or continue building on their work from the previous week, all culminating in a larger structure. Class will begin at 6:00pm, but students may come and go as needed with access to the classroom space until 8:30pm.

  • Class Size: minimum of 3 students registered to run class; no more than 12 students total
  • Class Location: CCAC @ Short Vine (2728 Short Vine Street).
  • Registration Deadline: August 31 (Fall 1), September 28 (Fall 2), October 26 (Fall 3)

Each student must bring a pair of leather/gardening gloves; all other supplies will be provided.

 

James Reynolds
James is a Cincinnati based artist and educator with over 19 years of experience. With a B.A. in art education as well as M.A. hours completed in special education and many years in hospitality, your art and education needs will be handled by a trained professional who will offer a well rounded experience.

His studio/classroom is located at the Pendleton Art Center in Over-the-Rhine where he holds private and group classes and creates commissioned oil paintings. Classroom is open to the public on “Final Friday” from 6 – 10 p.m. and by appointment 7 days a week.
