Cliftonfest Postering 8/20 Volunteer Form

Help us spread the word about CliftonFest 2026! We’re looking for volunteers to distribute event posters and install yard signs throughout Cincinnati on Thursday, August 20 Volunteers may stop by the Clifton Cultural Arts Center (3412 Clifton Ave) anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on August 20th to pick up their materials. You’ll receive a stack of posters and/or yard signs, along with a suggested distribution route. We are primarily focusing on Clifton, Northside, Walnut Hills, and Over-the-Rhine (OTR). Please note that, due to campus restrictions, posters and signs cannot be placed on the University of Cincinnati campus, but locations near campus that are outside of UC’s jurisdiction are encouraged. Volunteers will need their own transportation (car, bike, etc.) to travel between locations. Volunteer hours will be adjusted to reflect the amount of time spent distributing materials, including travel along your route. Thank you for helping us promote one of Cincinnati’s favorite community festivals—we couldn’t do it without dedicated volunteers like you!
