What’s Included

We’re glad you asked! The short answer is, a lot. With your rental you’ll have access to:

  • 4-hour event block
  • 1 hour set-up time and 1 hour for break-down
  • Facility attendant on site throughout your event
  • House audio/visual equipment
  • WiFi access throughout the facility
  • Free parking (see more information below)
  • White cushioned folding chairs (x200)
  • Standard conference chairs (x100)
  • 5’ round tables seating up to 8 people (x20)
  • Cocktail Tables and 6’ banquet tables (limited, based on availability)

Preferred Vendors

We have a great network of vendors that we can recommend to you. See a list of preferred vendors below. Outside vendors are permitted (excepting caterers), but must be approved by CCAC at least 1 week prior to your event.

Parking

CCAC shares 54 parking spaces with Dewey’s Pizza, as well as some overflow parking at the Clifton United Methodist Church next door. Depending on the day and time of your even, parking may be limited or unavailable. Events expecting more than 50 cars should direct guests to the self-park in the Clifton Merchant Lot on Howell Avenue (a roughly 5-minute walk) or arrange for valet parking. Your personal event contact can help get you in touch with some trusted partners.

Security

Events with more than 100 guests, or events that serve alcohol are required to have security on site and are subject to an $80/hour per guard security fee.

Deposits/Payments

We can’t wait to host your next event! To confirm your reservation, we simply need a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee and a rental agreement signed by you and a CCAC staff member. The total payment will be due 90 days before your event. (For reservations less than 90 days out, the entire rental fee is due at time of reservation.)

Fees may be paid by cash, credit card, or check, but CCAC requires a credit card on file for any incidental charges incurred during or after the conclusion of your event.
