Tour a diverse sampling of Cliftons most unique homes and gardens

Bringing back a great neighborhood tradition, the Clifton Home & Garden Tour will return on Mother’s Day, May 12, 2024, from 10 am to 4 pm.

Tickets are $30 in advance, and all net proceeds from the Clifton House Tour will be put into a restricted fund at the Clifton Cultural Arts Center to be used toward the resurgence of an arts and culture festival in the Clifton Business District in 2025.

Properties are a secret, but we’ll reveal a few in advance to attendees of the A History of Clifton Gaslight on May 4. Discounted tickets available with the purchase of a Home & Garden Tour ticket.

FAQs

Parking will be available at either the Clifton Recreation Center (320 McAlpin Ave) OR in overflow parking at the Cincinnati Women’s Club (330 Lafayette Ave). A shuttle bus will then take you to the Clifton Cultural Arts Center to check-in, get your wristband (with proof of payment), a detailed program, and tote bag. Registration will stay open until 2:30 pm (tour goes until 4:00 pm).

Walking is certainly permitted and encouraged; the locations are spread throughout Gaslight Clifton, so wear comfortable shoes if you plan to walk!

Driving your own vehicle is discouraged as parking on many residential streets is quite limited. Please either walk or use the shuttle service provided with the purchase of your ticket.

DO NOT PARK IN THE CCAC/DEWEY’S PIZZA PARKING LOT ON HOSEA AVE. Sunday morning parking in this lot is reserved for Clifton United Methodist Church.

There are total of 10 locations on the tour.

The tour is self-guided with the aid of brief descriptions of each location in the program. The shuttle bus will take groups in a set order, but you can linger and catch the next shuttle or walk yourself to the next location if you prefer.

Depends. The tour is at your own pace, so if you visit every location, give yourself at least 2-3 hours to make it to every location.
