A New Home For a New Era
We’re building our permanent home right in the heart of Clifton – where we’ll host educational programs, community events, and cultural experiences for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to connect through art. This $10 million dollar campaign is a once-in-a-generation opportunity and will solidify CCAC as a cornerstone of our community.
We need everyone’s support to reach our goal!
DOUBLE your impact when you make a gift to CCAC’s capital campaign before the end of the year, thanks to the Carol Ann & Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation.

At the beginning of October, The Carol Ann & Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation made a transformational $100,000 challenge grant to encourage additional community support toward our goal of constructing the first purpose-built community arts center in Cincinnati. That means we need the help of community members like you to match that $100,000 by the end of the year. No dollar amount is too big or too small.
Our Vision for a New Community Arts Center
CCAC’s welcoming, three-story, 18,000 sq. ft. building will be located near the intersection of Ludlow and Clifton avenues, drawing people into our vibrant community to enjoy all it has to offer. It will feature a high-caliber, modern design that prioritizes sustainability, social interaction, and seamless integration with the existing historic features of the Clifton Business District.
Once inside, you will experience galleries, gathering and performance spaces, and classrooms that can all be flexibly reconfigured to accommodate the diverse array of artists, audiences, cultures, and disciplines CCAC has always welcomed. The new community arts center will be capped by a green rooftop offering ecological benefits and outdoor space for folks to gather, celebrate, and learn.
As a leading contributor in the Uptown community and Greater Cincinnati’s art scene, our new home will be a space for children, families, adults, and seniors; a place to learn painting, guitar, tap dancing, or yoga; a venue for emerging performers and artists where people can engage with the arts, with other cultures, and with each other.

We’re approaching the finish line—but we’re not there yet. We still need everyone’s support to reach our goal.
Your contribution will lay the groundwork for CCAC to continue serving the racially and socioeconomically diverse neighborhoods of Uptown Cincinnati and set our community arts center up for long-term financial health. While gifts of any size will help, please consider giving all you can to make this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build the very first, new-construction, multi-disciplinary community arts center in the city of Cincinnati a reality. Your support is essential to bringing this vision to life.
