Flow Workout
Mondays, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Join this mixed level follow-along style class that will give you a full body workout focusing on mobility, flexibility, strength, and tension release. Class will consist of floor work (bring a mat if you have one), and center standing flow. Movement is based on classical modern dance technique and conditioning and can accommodate all experience levels, including beginners!

- $10/ single class
- $35/ 5-week session
- Min/Max enrolled: 4 minimum to run class, no more than 12 students total.
- How to Register: Email the instructor at alissa.stachowski@gmail.com with “Flow Workout Class” in the subject line to register. Registration by a minimum of 4 students is needed by the following dates; if the minimum requirement is met by the deadline, additional students may register through the Monday morning of the first class. Drop in students only accepted if class meets minimum enrollment by the deadlines.
