Henny Penny’s Adventure is an immersive, “cluck-out-loud” one-person show. Audiences will be “heehawing” with barnyard charm and on-stage antics. You may even find members of your flock on stage as part of the action! Our storyteller, Henny, is enjoying a day of acorn-gathering when—WHAM!— somethin’ knocks them on their noggin! Convinced the sky is falling, Henny “flees the coop” on a journey to warn the farm with their fine-feathered crew: Ducky Lucky, Goosey Loosey, and Turkey Lurkey. But, uh oh… will the sly Foxy Loxy ruffle their plans?! Henny Penny’s Adventure is a hilarious but cautionary tale of what happens when you horse-around with misinformation, all while teaching the importance of friendship, building confidence, and teamwork! Audiences of all ages will love this farm-fresh adventure!

The Children’s Theater of Cincinnati
For more than 100 years, The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati has been producing theater for young audiences with its mission is to educate, entertain and engage audiences of all ages through professional theatrical productions and arts education programming.
When visiting CCAC by car, please use the shared lot directly behind our building, which can be accessed off of Hosea Ave. The Clifton United Methodist Church’s lot, accessible off of Senator Pl, may be used as overflow and is connected via a few stairs connecting the two lots. We ask that you only use these lots while visiting CCAC or Dewey’s Pizza and move your vehicle before visiting any other locations around the Ludlow Business district.
If these lots are full, you may park along the street in many areas around our building. There are also two paid public lots that can be accessed via Ludlow or Howell Ave and are about a five-minute walk away.
