The Rooftop Sessions: Chandler Carter
Step onto The Rooftop for intimate and relaxing concerts at sunset. CCAC’s stocked bar, a lineup of talented local musicans, and a venue like no other are all you need to take your Thursday evenings to the top.
Concerts are totally free to attend if you bring your own chair, or reserve a seat around CCAC’s fire pit tables for $10.
Chandler has the ability to captivate an audience with just her voice and a guitar. With her names in line-ups next to today’s top artists, she’s Ohio’s next rising star. Keeping it simple and honest, there’s no limitation to what she can do next.
Here’s what Chandler said about how she got started: “I discovered I could sing one day while messing around on GarageBand on my sister’s laptop. She was out at the movies and had no idea, but it was my favorite thing to do in middle school!
I recorded my first professional song in 2011 as a junior in high school. I got the confidence to do so because I auditioned for The Voice and made it past the first few audition rounds, so it gave me the confidence I needed to give music a go.
When I got back from my audition I did my first live show, a benefit concert at my high school and I’ve been on go-mode ever since!”
When visiting CCAC by car, please use the shared lot directly behind our building, which can be accessed off of Hosea Ave. The Clifton United Methodist Church’s lot, accessible off of Senator Pl, may be used as overflow and is connected via a few stairs connecting the two lots. We ask that you only use these lots while visiting CCAC or Dewey’s Pizza and move your vehicle before visiting any other locations around the Ludlow Business district.
If these lots are full, you may park along the street in many areas around our building. There are also two paid public lots that can be accessed via Ludlow or Howell Ave and are about a five-minute walk away.

In the event of inclement weather, the concert will move to the McKillip Theater on the third floor of CCAC’s building. Staff monitor the weather closely throughout the day of the concert and make a final decision in the afternoon. If the concert must move indoors, we will share that information on this page, on our socials, and with those who have reserved a spot.
