Tuesdays, 6:00 – 7:15pm CANCELLED FOR FALL QUARTER
Class starts with a gentle warm up, then moves through standing poses, seated poses and resting meditation. Instructor focuses on mindfully moving following the breath, hoping to guide students toward self-reflection that will lead them to a more peaceful life. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat.

About the Instructor: Kim Caniff
Kim Caniff is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor who has been teaching since 2014. She completed her training at It’s Yoga in Clifton, where she now teaches.
