summer camp FAQs
There is none! To better align with our Fair Share Pricing program, CCAC is offering two different tuition levels for all of our summer camps: Early Bird and Regular Registration, with a predetermined number of spots in each. You decide which level works best for your family, with no additional paperwork or verification needed.
A backpack filled with the following items:
- a non-refrigerated snack. Please pack an extra snack if your child is enrolled in after care!
- a packed lunch (campers will not have access to a refrigerator or microwave). Remember to include cutlery when needed!
- a water bottle
For children enrolled in My First Summer Camp, please send your camper with the following items on Monday that will stay at CCAC for the week:
- a change of clothes, including underwear, in a Ziploc bag labeled with camper’s first and last name
- a pillow and blanket for rest time
- a stuffed animal for rest time, if needed
Please do not send your camper to camp with a device (cell phone, tablet, etc.). Contact CCAC with questions or concerns.
Even with a rest time in the middle, the full camp day is incredibly long for our youngest campers! Exceptions will be made for campers with older siblings enrolled in the same camp week.
To ensure your camper is grouped with their friends, friend information should be part of your camper’s registration information at least 8 business days before the start of camp. After that time, camp rosters and groups are being created and moving campers between groups cannot be guaranteed.
Please review the expectations and disciplinary consequences below with your camper prior to the first day of camp. These rules guide the program and ensure that every child has a fun camp week!
