A tram tour of Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum highlighting the seven Clifton "Barons" who are buried within the grounds. Guests will learn the history of the cemetery and those who are laid to rest there and will be able to enjoy peak fall colors of the surrounding foliage.- Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232)

The Nia technique is an expressive body-mind movement and fitness program incorporating dance, martial arts and healing arts, including yoga. It is a cardiovascular program that uses whole-body, expressive, grounded movement. Nia is adaptable to most levels of fitness, age and body types. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.
