Mondays and Fridays, 9:00 – 10:00 am
Thursdays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Pilates is a form of exercise that concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance, and flexibility. Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection.
HOW TO REGISTER: Send an email to classes@cliftonculturalarts.org and put “Pilates” in the subject line. Please plan to bring a mat to class.
