Portraits of Aging: Art, Caregiving, and Community Health
Presented by SOS ART and Clifton Cultural Arts Center in conjunction with The Long Lives We Carry, this interdisciplinary conversation brings together artists, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and community advocates to explore the many dimensions of aging. Through perspectives spanning art, medicine, caregiving, and lived experience, panelists will reflect on memory, dignity, health, and the relationships that shape our understanding of growing older. The discussion will conclude with a guided tour of the exhibition.

SOS ART
SOS ART is a nonprofit organization that uses the arts as a catalyst for peace, justice, education, and community engagement. Founded in 2003, SOS ART brings together artists of all ages and backgrounds through exhibitions, publications, workshops, and public programs that encourage creative responses to social issues. Since its founding, the organization has amplified the voices of thousands of artists and students throughout Greater Cincinnati, fostering dialogue, compassion, and positive change through the power of artistic expression.
When visiting CCAC by car, please use the shared lot directly behind our building, which can be accessed off of Hosea Ave. The Clifton United Methodist Church’s lot, accessible off of Senator Pl, may be used as overflow and is connected via a few stairs connecting the two lots. We ask that you only use these lots while visiting CCAC or Dewey’s Pizza and move your vehicle before visiting any other locations around the Ludlow Business district.
If these lots are full, you may park along the street in many areas around our building. There are also two paid public lots that can be accessed via Ludlow or Howell Ave and are about a five-minute walk away.
