Tai Chi is the slow, meditative Chinese martial art practiced to promote health, balance, mental calm, and clarity. Come and join us to learn and practice this profound and wonderful art. No previous experience is necessary.- Ages: Adults and Mature Teens 14+
- Session: Ongoing, meets year-round. Class will be on break from May 28 - July 2, resuming on July 9.

Celebrate Earth Day with fun activities based on the children's book "You Live Inside." This illustrated book uses rhymes to show us how things live inside each other, starting from the universe to the planets to you and finally reaching what’s inside of you! We'll be joined by the author for a fun and joyous morning!- Ages: All ages
