Are you ready to explore Africa without your passport? This class is not just an Afro-dance workout. It's an education, a journey, and a new way of merging the dynamic dance moves of Afro beats with an intensive full-body workout. You'll learn to move your body in ways you didn't know it could move while burning calories and having fun. Add cultural flavor to your workout routine. This class will feed your mind and soul as you learn the moves and rhythms paired with energizing music from the African continent.- Ages: Adult
