Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates also focuses on the mind-body connection. Class payment options:- $10 per class for a single class

The only limit to what you can create is your imagination! Walkover service from Clifton Area Neighborhood School and Fairview-Clifton German Language School* provided. Tuition includes a snack and all class supplies. Tuition assistance available.- Ages: Grades K-2

The Nia technique is an expressive body-mind movement and fitness program incorporating dance, martial arts and healing arts, including yoga. It is a cardiovascular program that uses whole-body, expressive, grounded movement. Nia is adaptable to most levels of fitness, age and body types. Participate with your toddler in singing, moving, dancing, listening, and playing simple instruments – while developing a strong musical bond with your child. Toddlers and their adults will sing, chant, move, dance, listen and play simple instruments: this class provides a full mix that allows them to be active, which is how they learn. We'll channel the toddler's energy productively, facilitate expression of feelings, assist in improving memory through repetition, and develop further musical aptitude and focused listening.- Ages: 16 months - 3.5 years with parent/guardian
