The Nia technique is an expressive body-mind movement and fitness program incorporating dance, martial arts and healing arts, including yoga. Robin Goodrich Meet Robin, whose true passion has always been music! Robin has over 10 years of experience in teaching Zumba Fitness™, with certifications in various Zumba™ formats, such as Zumba™ Basic 1 & 2, Zumba Gold™, Zumba Kids & Kids Jr. ™ & Zumba Step™. She also specializes in Zumba™ World Rhythms, such as African, Jamaican, Indian and Brazilian rhythms, as well as CIRCL Mobility™ & Cardio Drumming. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.
