The Cycle of Seasons is a musical celebration of the four seasons using activities that build on the child's growing independence and competencies. It nurtures the children's ability to use language and capitalizes on their delight in dramatic play within the musical context. Classes are filled with songs, movement activities, exploration of instruments, and imaginative stories for children to make their own. Encourage the child's moving, singing, verbal, and listening skills and tap into the child's vivid imagination and lay the foundation for creative development via story-telling and poetry.- Ages: 3-5 with parent/guardian

Participate with your toddler in singing, moving, dancing, listening, and playing simple instruments – while developing a strong musical bond with your child. Toddlers and their adults will sing, chant, move, dance, listen and play simple instruments: this class provides a full mix that allows them to be active, which is how they learn. We'll channel the toddler's energy productively, facilitate expression of feelings, assist in improving memory through repetition, and develop further musical aptitude and focused listening.- Ages: 16 months - 3.5 years with parent/guardian

The Nia technique is an expressive body-mind movement and fitness program incorporating dance, martial arts and healing arts, including yoga. It is a cardiovascular program that uses whole-body, expressive, grounded movement. Nia is adaptable to most levels of fitness, age and body types. Class payment options:- $10 per class for a single class

Have you ever wondered how it feels to publish a book? You get a box in the mail, open it, and it's the first copy of your book with your name printed. You just became an author! This one-day writers' retreat will change your mindset on becoming an author. Throughout the workshop, participants will:- Explore questions like: why do you want to publish a book? In what genre do you want to write? What is preventing you from starting your book right at this moment?
- Learn best practices on your writing space, time, and designing a writing system.
- Participate in group discussions and exercises to motivate you to start and continue until you become an author.
- Explore traditional and online publishing.
- Learn how to visualize your book before it's published.
- Take part in a Q & A session with a local author.

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.
